Please note the extra charge for the sizes:

For planar works introduced additional surcharges:
if the size of an art object (with the frame) more than 100 cm and 150 cm on the larger side there is an extra charge equal to 50% of the cost.
if the size of the art object (with frame) more than 151 cm and up to 200 cm on the larger side will be charged an additional fee equal to 100% of the cost.
if the size of an art object (with the frame) more than 201 cm and 218 cm on the long side will be charged an additional payment equal to 130% of ottimisti.
All additional sizes are negotiated with the organizing Committee individually.

Total size:
The two-dimensional dimensions of the work may not exceed 75 x 85 inches (192 x 218 centimeters).
A three-dimensional work of art (i.e. sculpture) may not exceed 72 x 72 x 24 inches (184 x 184 x 61 centimeters).
 
Please note the fee for transporting:
If the author is not able to bring the paintings to the exhibition on the day of reception of works, it is possible to deliver the work in advance to the organizing Committee (Krymsky Val str., 8 / 2, KAB. "Union of artists.)" In this case, there is a surcharge for transportation to the exhibition:
- 300 rubles / art object (up to 120 cm on the larger side, including the frame)
- 600 rubles / art object (from 120 cm to 150 cm)
- 950 rubles / art object (from 151 cm to 250 cm)
 
Please note the fee for storage:
At the end of the exhibition, art objects can be stored in the organizing Committee for up to 2 weeks free of charge. In the case of storage of more than 2 weeks - additional payment in the amount of 150 rubles / per week, starting with the third.
