Rules for participation in the Art-Fair Program

Fair program of Russian Art Week is open for galleries, creative teams and individual authors from any region of the Russian Federation, as well as from any country in the world. 

REGISTRATION: until April 10, 2019 (inclusive).

Dates of Exhibition&Fair: 

April 17-21, 2019, 11.00-20.00.

Open Day: April 17, 2019, 18.00.

Closing ceremony: April 21, 2019, 17.00

Address: The main exhibition space of Moscow - Moscow Gostiny Dvor (Ilinka street 4, Moscow)

In the Exhibition&Fair of the Russian Art Week can take part:

а) organizations - galleries and studios; 
b) individual authors and creative teams;
c) commercial firms-producers and distributors of goods for the needs of artists, sculptors, designers, decorators, restorers.

Geography: galleries, authors and organizations of any country have the right to take part in the fair program of the Russian Art Week. 

Space: stands from 1 meter and 2 square meters are provided for the fair.

Competition, exhibition and fair: art objects registered for the fair program do not participate in the competition program.

Cost: the Exhibitor independently assigns the cost of the art object. To make a purchase at the exhibition, the organizing Committee provides a cash register. When buying a work at the exhibition, a Commission of 10% will be charged.

Official language of Russian Art Week: Russian and English. 

Full-time participation: the Exhibitor is on the stand for the whole period of the exhibition. On the stand can be exhibited originals, giclee or copies of copyright works in the original size.

Distance participation: the Exhibitor orders in the organizing Committee of the administrator who controls the exposition of the stand and negotiates with potential buyers.

The Exhibitor makes the exposure of his wall on his own. If necessary, the organizing Committee is ready to provide weightlifters and movers for an additional fee. 

Exhibited art objects must contain:

а) Labeling (preferably in the lower right corner, on the front side),

b) All art objects should be hung on the walls or placed on a pedestal

c) Planar art objects must have mounts, hooks, grommets, or nails.

d) Volume works should have the stand and the device, preventing it from collapsing.

e) During the exhibition it is possible to organize special events in order to attract the audience.

Stage 1:

At the 1st stage, the Exhibitor sends to the organizing Committee the application package of materials:

а) Application Form:
- questionnaire of legal entity (Word, PDF)
- individual questionnaire (Word, PDF)

b) 3-5 photos of art objects

Registration materials are sent to the organizing Committee in electronic form (to the address: info@artweek.ru ).

After receiving confirmation for participation in the fair, exhibitors fill out the following forms:

The main exhibition space of Moscow - Moscow Gostiny Dvor (Ilinka street 4) is located in the historical center of Moscow.

The hall is equipped with two dressing rooms, sitting area, meeting room, comfortable toilets, children's area, convenient approaches.
